Help finding amateur writers publishers?
I have a cousin who writes poetry. He just completed a beautiful collection entitled Dreams of Novelty. He is a young writer and has never been published before. I am trying to help him find amateur writers publishers (preferably a university affiliated publisher/press). Do you know a directory (paper- or internet-based) that has a list of such publishers? Please advice. Thanks.
